Exchanges Policy

We value our customers’ satisfaction; therefore, we offer a product replacement service under the following conditions:

First: Exchange Period
The product can be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be replaced within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Second: Exchange Conditions
The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all attached labels and accessories.
Provide the purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
If the defect is due to misuse, the replacement request will not be accepted.

Third: Replacement Methods
Replacement can be made at one of our branches or through customer service.
If the replacement is done via shipping, the customer bears the shipping cost unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.

Fourth: Receiving the Replacement Product
The replacement product will be delivered after verifying the condition of the returned product.
If the same product is unavailable, the customer can choose another product of the same value or pay the price difference.
